Aglio Olio Pasta- Seafood & Veggies

Ingredients:
-500g Cooked Pasta
-3/4 Cup Olive Oil
-1 whole Chopped Garlic
-3 Pieces Good size Bell Peppers, cut into cubes (Suggesting use Red, Green & Yellow)
-2 medium size Carrots (Slice thinly)
-1 Can either Black or Green Olives (If both, make it half – half)
-1 lb medium size Shrimps
-3 pieces medium size Tilapia Fillet
-1/2 Lb Scallops (Slice lengthwise)
-1 Cup Parmesan Cheese (and 1/2 cup for sprinkling on top)
-2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

1. Heat up your Olives then set aside.
2. Heat up Olive Oil
3. Sautee Garlic until the color changes
4. Add your Shrimp, Scallops and Fish- Sautee until color chnages
5. Add your Bell peppers, Carrots and Olives
6. Let it simmer for like 5 minutes then Add slowly the cooked Pasta
7. Add the Parmesan and Lemon Juice- mix carefully and let it simmer for awhile.

Sprinkle more Parmesan on top, serve your Pasta hot! Health is a good wealth!
