Choco crinkles are those chewy chocolate cookies coated with powdered sugar and with the cracking effects around it. Always taste so good. It’s actually fun to bake this with kids! Easy recipe to do. It takes about 30-45 minutes to make & bake. Try it!

Here is the Recipe.

4 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter (Softened, use in room temperature)
2 Large Eggs
2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup White Sugar
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Cup of Semi Sweet Chocolate (Melted, use in room temperature)
2 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder or 2 Balls of Cocoa Balls
1 Cup Powdered Sugar (Use for coating the crinkles)

Now the fun begins!

1. Beat the eggs till floppy, add the Butter, the Vanilla, then the sugar. Mix together in a medium speed.
2. Add the Sugar, the flour, salt, baking powder. Mix thoroughly.
3. Add the melted chocolates/ cocoa. Mix well until sticky.
4. Put the dough in a Cling Wrap and refrigerate for at least 45mins (But overnight is always the best).
5. Then make a ball shape using your palm to roll the dough (Or to your choice of size).
6. Place it spacing from one another in a Baking Sheet (Use parchment paper or spray thin layer of Pam spray).
7. Bake at 350F or 177C for about 7-10 mins
