Special from E-Kitchen: England Ground Pork Dish

Good morning England! Because I need to make sure whatever we have in our Fridge must be consumed before we transfer to another Hotel. I started putting out what we have. TADA!!! What I was able to come up with was actually a Filipino inspired dish, “Pork Giniling”. So with what we have, I put them all together! And thank God the end result was very sumptuous! My husband and his co workers find the dish very tasty, very good and such a Delish!

I am so thankful to God for the blessing to make & cook some kind of invention in a Kitchen whether it’s mine or in a Foreign Hotel Flat. The joy to enjoy cooking is always a blessing, so I enjoy sharing it as well. So here’s another “Special from E-Kitchen!”  Enjoy! Because they did!

You can have this with a hot steamy rice, toasted bread, crackers or simply munch on it.

My Husband and his co workers appreciated the gesture and praise God that they absolutely love the dish! In Filipino we call it “Baon”.  When you bring a food to school or to work. Anyways, it’s always a blessing to be a blessing.

Have a great Monday! Know that God will always provide you with what you need. Blessings!
