What’s left?
Hi there. It’s been an event after an event, so I decided to do some “Fridge cleaning”. I saw I have left overs such as, white & brown rice, fried chicken, Costco hotdogs, fish balls, hot sauce, and tiny amount of Shrimp from the freezer. Though my loving husband is not a fan of Rice…
Best way to deal with this is to convert it to a tasty yummy “Fried Rice!”
Hopefully I can share the finish product later with someone.
Ingredients:
Sliced the ingredients into smaller pieces, such as the fried chicken, hotdog, fish ball, carrots, garlic, parsley and green pepper. Remove the skin and tail of the shrimp. Then make sure to loosen up the cold left over rice either by hand or what I did was to use a wooden spoon and I started poking it to separate.
1 teaspoon of black ground pepper, 2 tbsp of shrimp paste (bagoong) and 1 tbsp of hot sauce
Heat up your pan, add 1/4 cup of Olive oil
Once hot enough, add the garlic. Saute until brownish then add the Fish ball, hotdog, and shrimp.
Let it simmer for 5 minutes while tossing once in awhile. Then add the shredded fried chicken and carrots.
Then add the hot sauce, shrimp paste and the green pepper. Mix thoroughly and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Lastly, add the parsley. Mix well and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
And now, your very own home made Fried Rice is ready!
Enjoy it with your Family or with Friends.
Quick, easy and resourceful.
Let’s eat!
Have a great Wednesday! Let’s always be thankful how God can supply our needs.
For every house is built by someone, but God is the builder of everything.
